There's nothing better than the satisfaction of making your own food from scratch and it turning out oh so good. We mixed a cup of flour, 1 large egg, water and salt and then put it through our pasta maker to make this pasta. I've also seen people use a rolling pin and cutting out the pasta by hand with a pizza cutter. To the cooked pasta we added tomato pesto and of course, a bit of parmesan cheese.
