Strawberry Freezer Jam

Get a bunch of strawberries and cut off their tops.
Mush them up nice and good and add a little sugar and pectin.Pour it all into cute little cups and...Viola!
Strawberry freezer jam. Lasts a year in the freezer and 3 months in the fridge. Although I don't think I'm quite going to need a year to finish off my spoils.

    We had PB& strawberry jam for lunch. K-L said they were the best sandwiches ever and I agree! Thanks for jamming with me!
